Common Questions
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Standard delivery to the US takes 8 to 20 business days from dispatch. If it has been more than 25 business days, email us and we will investigate.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, email us at contact@klahr.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to help before shipment.
How do I return an item?
Email us at contact@klahr.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at contact@klahr.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
