Our Commitment

We want you to love your KLAHR eyewear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of delivery.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is in its original, unused condition

  • Item is free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear

  • Original packaging is included (case and cleaning cloth)

  • Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing visible signs of use, scratches, or damage caused by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Gift cards


How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email us at contact@klahr.com with the subject line 'Return Request' and include your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

KLAHR offers free outbound shipping on all orders. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — we do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as KLAHR is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Important: Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on your financial institution.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@klahr.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@klahr.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different style or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
