Shipping policy

At KLAHR, we ship to customers in the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our international fulfillment centers. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery to the United States takes between 8 and 20 business days from the date of shipment. This timeframe accounts for international transit and any customs procedures.
Total expected delivery time from the date of purchase: 9 to 24 business days.

Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80.00 USD. Orders below $80.00 USD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $8.00 USD. No other fees apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our carrier's website. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Fulfillment Centers
KLAHR ships from international fulfillment centers located in Asia. This allows us to offer quality eyewear at honest prices without inflated retail markups. Transit times reflect international shipping and any applicable customs clearance.
Customs and Import Duties
KLAHR ships on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, customs processing, or unforeseen carrier issues. KLAHR is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at contact@klahr.com and we will investigate immediately.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. KLAHR is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 12 hours at contact@klahr.com and we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
